Try change index page and back to todos page - your app download JSON data again.

However, when I try using this template to create a new MVC 4 ASP.Net Project I get an error dialog stating "Could not add all required packages to the project: jquery.UI.Combined.1.9.2. How can I update my VS configuration to avoid this error. NuGet seems to work only after a project is loaded. I am updated to Visual Studio 2012 Update 2 and I installed WebTools 2012.2.
