1. The self.createOrder should end like this:

2. All the urls should start with a forward slash e.g.: "/api/orders" and "/api/products"

3. The url of knockout.js should be:

* Ignore the first correction and simply add }); before the comment line in reset cart code, it should look like this:

pusing => pushing, using, or some others?

Also, the responsibility isn't of ProductVM but the 'CartVM' as the name also implies.

That change should improve understandability.
