because no filter folder in the application !

and there is no InitializeSimpleMembershipAttribute.cs class !!

If your project can't find a reference to 'Roles'

- using System.Web.Security;

to the file:

- InitializeSimpleMembershipAttribute.cs

Failing to do so will cause this step compile to fail.

I tried to add the following code to "Request Headers" of fiddler's Composer

Authorization: Basic QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcjpwYXNzd29yZA==

While "QWRtaW5pc3RyYXRvcjpwYXNzd29yZA==" stands for "Administrator:password", but the returned HTTP code is still 401.

public class AdminController : ApiController

but my code lists it as:

public class AdminController : Controller

and it runs fine like this. Was that a typo?
