Because .css files are loaded as external resources, they&#39;re often cached by the browser, meaning that changes to the .css file are not reflected until the .css file is refreshed in the cache. The page looks differend in Google Chrome then Microsoft Internet. Also the footer isn&#39;t on the bottom of the page but somewhere in the middle. I changed the color of the footer so that its more clearly how it&#39;s reacting. In chrome the footer has a huge space in between the #main and #footer.
