The multi monitor support seems great! Floating a .cs file tab is slick. When you were resizing I was imagining snaping the windows in half with a res such as 1280x. Export settings option is nice too. Really good video demo.

This will make my transition to .NET easier. I like the new multi-monitor features in 2010. I really like the double clicking to maximize the screen. But, I'd like Visual Studio to take more cues from Eclipse. In particuler the use of Perspective buttons which quickly arranges the screen windows to fit the work you're doing at the moment.

That may sound unbelievable, but dual monitors environment does improve developer's (and not only developer's) productivity. There is even some seemingly scientific study to confirm that done somewhere in New England. Having ability to spread code behind and mark up over two screens is good.

Use [Windows key] + arrows. Left arrow snaps window to left half, right to right half, up maximize, and down normalize. Even better, it can take window to desired monitor. For example, immidiately after Right click->Float, your window still on main monitor, if you want to move it to monitor on right side, press [win key + left arrow] twice.
