Couple of quick questions:

On this video why didn't the add review code go in a Review class?

And on an earlier video you mention that if the application was larger you'd implement a BLL and a DAL. Isn't the EDM your DAL? And what about MyShoppingCart.cs - would you describe this as your BLL?

Needless to say, any links/examples describing EDM and n-tier architecture would be greatly appreciated. :-)
