After wathcing this video toturial - I'm trying to creat a nested master page file in vb.net web project using visual studio 2005:

my action were: add new item --> master page

then in the dialog box I can check "place code in a separate file" and the second check box that I need "select master page file" is disabled - and I have no idea why...

Any suggestions???

does it have anything to do with the config file?

I selected the ASP.net programming language for the beauty of "drag and drop"... can all of this be accomplished with the Designer instead of "typing typing typing"...
