Small note:

You might want to change the DeleteInactiveProfiles method.

When the option ProfileAuthenticationOption.All is selected you use the same delete parameters for the delete stored procedure as when ProfileAuthenticationOption.Authenticated is selected.

However, a simpler approach is to create a seperate table such as UserProfile with Primary ID Same UnqiueIdentifier and add whatever colums you like. Great tutorial, but too many overwritting functions that might causes nightmare in debugging.
