Thank you Scott</p><p>I have a question:</p><p>When I disable the ViewState of the Gridview in the content page, then the grid  refreshes itself and shows the updated prices when  DoublePrice button (on masterpage) is clicked .  This way,  there is no need to create that event and eventhandlers. However, the big problem with this approach is whenever the refresh button on IE is clicked, prices are doubled with no reason.
