I'm also running Win7 64-bit as a user. Creating the DB works fine when I'm logged in as an administrator, but I still can't see the connection when I come back as a user.

I saw a lot about this when I Googled the error message. Posts date back several years. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about SQL Server to understand what they're trying to tell me.

3. "Connection properties" dialog box failed with error message "...server was not found..." ???

4. The tutorial has been finished in this trouble.

5. I understand I need to install SQL Express server on my PC.

6. May be it is possible to use access file? Any sugestions?
