var db = new DB();

The short answer is that, once you've created the Nerddinner.dbml file, you need to open it (making sure that neither of the imported data tables is selected) then bring up the properties for it. You then change the Name from the default NerddinnerDataContext to... DB!

Note that to get this to work in your controller, you'll need to reference the Nerddinner.Models namespace:

using Nerddinner.Models;

You can see this in the long-form video that N0MURA references. It's not at 9:14 though, it's more at about 10:15.
