But given that this will and has been viewed by lots of people from everywhere, I don't think is a good idea to expose potential risk to HTML injection in the error page like you have done. One should NEVER print to a page a request or post value without properly encoding it into HTML (except, of course, in those cases when you actually want to be able to insert some HTML code into your page).

PS: I know about ASP.NET auto-checking for malicious QueryStrings.
